Créations Lucas offers personal ordering services. Just browse through our site and identify the items you would like to order.

Then call us at 1.613.789.0111 or toll free 1.877.847.7257 to place your order over the phone. We will process your order promptly.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, diners and JVC.

General Shipping Information

• We use the shipping services of FedEx and UPS.

• All orders are subject to credit and address verification.

• For your protection, all shipments require a customer signature upon delivery.

• You will be notified if the merchandise you have ordered is not available for immediate shipment.

• For your protection, orders must ship to the billing address only. We apologize for any inconvenience.

• When shipping outside of Canada, duty charges may apply as per the tax regulations of the destination country. Clients are responsible for these charges.

Return Policy

Créations Lucas is dedicated to servicing its customers for total satisfaction. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it as long as we receive it without any scratches or damages that was done by wear of this piece of jewellery.

Return the merchandise you purchased from Créations Lucas with your receipt/packing slip, within 10 days for a merchandise exchange of the same or greater value. Remember that shipping charges are not refundable unless you receive a damaged or incorrect item.

If you choose to ship your order back to us rather than taking it to our store, you are responsible for any shipping and handling charges you might incur. The same 10-day period applies, so please have the return package postmarked within the 10-day period from the date we shipped the order to you.

We suggest that you ship your order via Federal Express or UPS to make tracking your return easier.

NOTE: We recommend using FedEx or UPS for all return shipping. These carriers provide package tracking and proof of delivery to us. Insurance on UPS or Insured U.S Mail should be for the full retail price of the items.
